STANDARD WWS MFG WARRANTY- STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

WARRANTY- WWS products are warranted for one (1) year following delivery or installation against defects in manufacturing, upon payment in full. There is no WWS contractual warranty on any product or service until the project has been paid in full. Any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation by others, structural movement/shifting, or environmental conditions, including excessive, insufficient, or fluctuating humidity. Relative humidity should be maintained near 40%, with fluctuations within approximately 10%. WWS is not responsible for damage, malfunction, or appearance resulting from designs, specifications, materials, or configurations requested or approved by the customer. Products must be properly installed/affixed to the intended property and used as intended for warranty coverage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WWS's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected products/services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS- WWS reserves the right to decline any project for any reason until the proposal is signed or payment accepted. The signed proposal, including listed items, plans/prints, specifications and selections, constitutes the agreed scope and supersedes prior discussions/correspondence. WWS will complete the project accordingly; items not specifically addressed will follow WWS standards at www.waterworthswoodshop.com. WWS will inspect the project and invoice when its contracted scope meets these standards; invoicing constitutes completion, any items requiring correction thereafter fall under the applicable warranty and do not delay completion. Changes/additions are additional work and will be charged accordingly. Quoted installation and delivery are shown as line items. Additional/unquoted installation resulting from owner/GC additions or changes will be billed at $75/hr/person unless separately quoted. Additional delivery trips required due to changes or an unprepared/inaccessible job site will incur the applicable delivery charge. Until paid in full, WWS may photograph its work and use such photographs for business/marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for requesting any additional information or clarification desired before signing.

WWS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, WWS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse, alteration, improper installation by others, or unintended use. This does not limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

Architects and General Contractors: If a bid for your project was supplied and that project called for a length of time other than our standard MFG. warranty, please assume that WWS standard MFG. Warranty is included for the length of time specified in the project specs provided.

Property owners who have purchased WWS products through a WWS Product supplier: If you are uncertain about the length of warranty that your products carry, please contact us and we will make you aware of the warranty length on your products.
