Standard WWS MFG Warranty

Our products are under warranty for one year fallowing delivery or installation, against defects in the manufacturing process. If obvious misuse has taken place the warranty is void. This includes extreme high or low humidity changes. (humidity should be maintained near 40%, with minimal fluctuation (within 10% variance at all times)) This also includes damage resulting from structures moving or shifting. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price. If the total amount of the purchase is not paid, the listed warranty is void. We are not responsible for damage or malfunctions that arise from designs that were implemented to match the customers' demands. The listed project is considered complete when the items purchased are delivered or installed and when Waterworths Woodshop Inc. determines that they meet our quality standards. Any additional items thereafter will be considered as an additional job or warranty work. Until the project is paid in full, Waterworths Woodshop Inc. has access to photograph and post any pictures of the project unless previously agreed upon.  There is no Warranty on any products or services from WWS until the project has been paid for in full.

Architects and General Contractors: If a bid for your project was supplied and that project called for a length of time other than our standard MFG. warranty, please assume that WWS standard MFG. Warranty is included for the length of time specified in the project specs provided.

Property owners who have purchased WWS products through a WWS Product supplier: If you are uncertain about the length of warranty that your products carry, please contact us and we will make you aware of the warranty length on your products.
