Every retailer caters to a unique customer base with distinct needs. The best assessments of these needs come from those who interact with and have built relationships with these customers regularly. Our role as a wholesaler is straightforward: we ensure that customers receive an excellent product, no matter where or from whom they purchase WWS cabinetry/products. Beyond guaranteeing quality products, we aim to be accessible to all our customers to educate and inform them about everything related to our products and services. Our showroom and cabinet specialists are at the disposal of all WWS product and service purchasers. We are dedicated to assisting our customers in learning all they desire about cabinets, countertops, and related items.

We recognize that each retailer provides a distinct and unique customer experience, which sometimes commands a premium price. All our retailers begin with the same pricing discount. After completing some projects and understanding the requirements (e.g., customer design drawings, the number of samples needed per job, anticipated volume), we will inform you if we can offer lower pricing or maintain our standard retail rates. There are no quantity commitments or restrictions on carrying other lines. The price you charge the customer is your discretion and will remain confidential. As we also retail our products, we can always inform you of the full retail price we would charge a customer, which will be included in our proposal to you.

* As our retailers collaborate with clients, various needs often arise during the process, such as style samples, color swatches, images, and discussions. We are committed to supporting you and your customer at every stage. Should you require a display cabinet for customer reference or a complete set of cabinets for your showroom, we will provide a quote. After establishing a successful partnership, we typically offer these items at minimal or no cost. *
